OUR HISTORY
ALZAIM family started in Syria in 1928 as a trading establishment by the hands of the deceased founder “Saad Al Deen AlZAIM”, and today we see it a big company composed of a group of multinational companies, and it has a track record of substantial achievements in various industrial, trade, Tourism, real estate and banking sectors.
The Holding was created in the mid 90s in Beirut to focus on the investment, development and operation of heavy and light industry and soon expanded in 4 countries: Syria, Egypt, Saudi and Turkey.
In early 2000, the group entered the property market, with strategic partners, in form of a private equity fund. With a sharp vision on development and a high quality outcome, it reached in few years a record land bank portfolio of more than 15,000,000 sqm in Lebanon, Syria and Iraq.
